All the trappings were there; sex, guns, violence, music, drugs, etc. Yep...another moronic drug testimony. Now, I'm a Born Again, Blood Bought, Jesus Loving Motorcyclist...and loving it!!! From the moment my wife and I knelt at the alter, God began a life changing work that was flat unbelievable! I literally traded my Thompson sub-machine gun for a Thompson Chain Reference Bible. God took us through a renewal process that was very trying. Incredibly, it involved other Christians. One Christian brother stole my motorcycle. Another Christian brother stole our two thousand dollar down payment for us to buy his motorcycle. After seven consecutive seasons I was told I was no longer wanted as a cast member for a major international Easter production depicting Christs death. My wife and I co-founded two Christian motorcycle clubs, both destroyed by sin. A church we attended picked up and moved with no forwarding address. Another church closed down our Bible Study due to blatant maliciousness from one of its pastors. These examples are by no means a complete picture. This is just our short list. Yet, we seem to be unscathed by any of this. We've been majorly blessed with a super-naturally called and very watchful shepard and a wonderful home church. Abrahams covenant is manifesting in our lives. There is a peace in our house that doesn't allow drama. Our pastor prayed, and in one week I was hired for a job I'd been wanting for eleven years. A Christian family bought and paid for my brand new motorcycle. Another Christian brother and sister put together all the background music and technical advice for this CD at a price we could afford. And these kind of blessings just keep coming! Why? I do my absolute best to lead my family in following the commands of Jesus the Christ from Nazareth, Israel. His Word says, "If you love Me, you will keep My commands. If you don't love Me, you don't keep My commands." John 14:23,24.
